K&L consults Diem & Partner in all matters related to Corporate Design and communications and has designed the logo of the law firm as well as its slogan in different languages. Lobbying
Hewlett-Packard
Hewlett-Packard is our customer in environment related lobbying since 2003. We support the company in its efforts for achieving an industry friendly implementation and application of the German “Elektrogesetz“ (national implementation of the WEEE Directive) and other environment related laws as e.g. the German “Energiebetriebene-Produkte-Gesetz“(national implementation of the EuP Directive). To reach this target, we define together with the HP responsibles the company’s positions concerning legislative initiatives and their implementation and collaborate with the representatives of government and industry associations in the appropriate committees. Additionally, we prepare discussions between HP management and federal, regional and municipal representatives, and support HP to answer environment related requests of customers and suppliers.
