With more than 150 laboratories in 29 countries Eurofins, listed on the Frankfurt and Paris stock exchanges, offers services in the fields of chemical analysis and product testing. For customers with obligations resulting from the REACH regulation, K&L is the consulting partner for Eurofins. This cooperation includes consulting for all REACH related compliance matters.
Fraunhofer Gesellschaft
K&L has been cooperating with the Fraunhofer Institute since several years in the area of industrial environment protection. K&L regularly presents at the expert forum of the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA). For the customers of IPA, we also offer legal and business consulting. Besides IPA, we support the Fraunhofer Institute of Toxicology and Experimental Medicine (ITEM) at the implementation of the REACH legislation – with legal consulting as well as with trustee, administration and finance services for consortia.
H2 Compliance
H2 Compliance is a service provider with a strong focus on REACH services. Besides chemical expertise and experience in project management, H2 Compliance has profound IT knowledge which is an important basis for the generation of technical dossiers, for data management and archiving required by the REACH legislation. The company is a Certified Public Accounting firm with an established reputation. The Office based in Milan offers fiscal and accounting services for small and medium sized enterprises and for subsidiaries of international companies. The specific business areas are accounting and reporting, tax services, corporate services. Studio Arpano has national and international connections with other offices (Studio Legale Tributario Arpano Bonafè Grifoni Franzoni).
