Manufacturers or retailers are obliged to prove RoHS conformity
In order to comply with the RoHS directive, continuous monitoring and documentation of products is required. The whole supply chain has to be involved, because the supplier must give a declaration concerning materials, components and parts. The manufacturer or retailer makes the information available in form of technical documentation. To comply with the RoHS directive also makes physical-chemical tests necessary.
